Hello, I'm Nichole
HOLISTIC SOMATIC PRACTITIONER & THERAPIST
I'm a hands-on healer with over 23 years of experience as a social worker and 6 years helping people deepen their connection to themselves through the body.
The nervous system resourcing practices I share today weren't learned in theory alone. They were forged in the toughest season of my life, one that demanded real tools for real stress.
My toughest life experiences shaped how I practice: with compassion, with practicality, and with deep respect for what it takes to stay present when life feels overwhelming.
Let's build resilience together!
"When there is harmony in the home, there is peace on earth."
— Derived from Confucius

The Heart of My Work
I'm deeply inspired by the work of Dr. Gabor Maté and Dr. Aditi Nerurkar and their understanding of how stress lives not just in our minds, but in our bodies and relationships.
We are living in a time of collective stress.
"70% of us are walking around in a threat response (21 of 30 people)."
- Dr. Aditi Nerurkar, Stress Expert & Harvard Medical School Lecturer from her book The 5 Resets: Rewire Your Brain to Solve for Stress, Overwhelm, and Burnout.
48% of parents report their stress as "completely overwhelming" on most days.
- From the 2024 U.S. Surgeon General’s Advisory on Parental Mental Health and Well-Being
When we're chronically stressed, we can't be present for ourselves or the people we love.
My mission is to help change that — one person, one family, one nervous system at a time.

I draw my experience from:
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
-
Sensorimotor Psychotherapy
-
Feldenkrais-inspired principles
-
Mindfulness to support nervous system regulation
-
Embodied self-awareness
-
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) / Compassionate Communication)
I believe...

We are all seeking to be more embodied, whether we realize it or not.
The first step of healing is building the container for attunement with yourself and with others.
Healing is best done in connection, not in isolation.
You don't have to do it alone.

You Are Welcome Here
You are welcome here exactly as you are — in the body you live in, with the history you carry, and with the hopes you're moving toward.

Somatic support for caregivers, individuals and groups seeking relief from chronic stress, more presence, and deeper peace in life and relationships.
