Somatic & Psychotherapy Services
I offer four pathways to support your healing and growth — from somatic stress reduction and integrated bodywork to body-oriented psychotherapy and trauma-informed coaching. Whatever brings you here, my work is rooted in helping you feel more present, more connected, and more at home in your body and your life.
Somatic Stress Reduction

Somatic, skills-based support for individuals, caregivers, and groups who want to downshift ungrounded activation inside, increase presence, and support nervous system regulation.
This is a non-therapeutic offering with a clearly defined scope of work (6–12 sessions), focused specifically on stress reduction and nervous system regulation.

Sensorimotor Psychotherapy & Parts Work
If you’ve ever felt stuck with emotions that live more in your body than in words, you’re not alone. In my sessions, I help clients develop the skills to mindfully sit with, notice, and describe emotional pain.
Together, we notice what is arising in the moment. By bringing awareness to the body—and to how feelings and sensations are held there—clients can begin to heal emotional wounds and release stuck patterns of energy.
Like in other body awareness therapies (such as Feldenkrais, Somatics, or Yoga), we slow down during the session and pay close attention to what is happening in the body. However, unlike in those modalities, our focus is on noticing what is arising in the present moment through a psychotherapeutic lens. I often describe this work as body psychotherapy or embodied psychotherapy.
Trauma-Informed Coaching
Life moves fast, and many times adjusting to change requires us to seek support and ongoing coaching. I love the coaching side of my business as it allows me to support people in learning new habits and skills that will allow them to manifest the life that they want.
I offer trauma-informed coaching to help clients discern what is working in their lives within an encouraging structure for developing confidence and what I call earned trust in themselves. I find that the skill of discernment takes some time as parts in our psyche are really good at convincing us that some elements in our lives are good for us when they really aren’t.
Honoring the sovereignty of the client, I gently guide and sometimes challenge them to see things from a different perspective, one that may lead to behavior changes that would deeply positively impact them. I ultimately trust that the answer is within the client.

Integrated Bodywork
I work with people on their goals to decrease muscular tension patterns in their bodies and to ease anxious thought patterns in their minds.
Integrated Bodywork is a very healing neuromuscular intervention that helps drop a person's nervous system into a parasympathetic state (aka safety).
Once in a state of safety, a person can easily utilize both a calm mind and sharp gut instincts to manage any challenges that occur in their life.
Further, while in a parasympathetic state, a person is more effective at managing life stressors with more bandwidth and energy rather than operating from a place of depletion and overwhelm. Receiving regular bodywork is a wonderful way to both reduce stress and maintain a sense of wellness and balance in life.

Somatic support for caregivers, individuals and groups seeking relief from chronic stress, more presence, and deeper peace in life and relationships.
