“I worked with Nichole during one of most difficult periods in my life, and her help and counseling provided me with immense clarity and help. With Nichole, I was able to escape the denial phase I was in, came to terms with my emotions, and worked through it. Nichole encouraged me to develop a healthier lifestyle (mentally and physically) and to be more introspective. Some of the things we discussed—such as how I deal with anxiety—also proved to be valuable for other aspects of my life.”
